Client Profile

Ontario Power Generation Inc. is a business corporation registered under the Corporations Act with Government of Ontario as the 100% shareholder. OPG is responsible for approximately half of the electricity generation in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Project Scope

Brigholme worked with OPG to condense 5 floors of furniture into 2 floors. The much smaller footprint created a new and exciting workplace allowing for more connection between staff, aligned with the organization’s One OPG culture shift and OPG’s future.

The new environment promotes a greater sense of ownership and involvement among staff and allows them to become more performance-oriented, and demonstrate industry leadership. This project will serve as a template for the transformation of new OPG facilities across Ontario.
